These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the BUBLE application ("App"), operated by:

By accessing or using BUBLE, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "Service": The BUBLE messaging platform
  • "User": An adult account holder (18+)
  • "Child User": A minor under 16 using the App via a parent
  • "Parent": A legal guardian controlling a Child User account

2. Eligibility

  • Only individuals aged 18 years or older may create an account
  • Individuals under 16 years may not register independently
  • Children may only access the Service through a parent-controlled environment

You agree to provide accurate information regarding your identity and age.

3. Account Structure

  • Each account is owned and controlled by a parent or adult user
  • Parents may create child access profiles via secure codes
  • Child Users:
    • Do not have independent legal accounts
    • Operate under full parental responsibility
    • Are visible within the parent dashboard

Parents are fully responsible for all activities of linked Child Users.

4. Service Description

BUBLE is a private messaging platform designed for families and trusted communication.

The Service:

  • Does not include advertising
  • Does not use tracking technologies
  • Does not use algorithmic content ranking

All communication is user-initiated and chronological.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share illegal, harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
  • Engage in harassment, exploitation, or harmful behavior
  • Circumvent parental controls or safety features
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy, especially regarding child safety.

6. Privacy and Data Use

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We commit to:

  • Minimal data collection
  • No sale of personal data
  • No behavioral tracking or profiling

Data is processed solely to provide and secure the Service.

7. Parental Responsibility

Parents:

  • Are fully responsible for Child User activity
  • Control access permissions and usage
  • Must supervise and manage their child's use

BUBLE provides tools, but does not replace parental supervision.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App, software, and branding remain with Escarcha Beheer B.V.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service.

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access
  • Error-free operation
  • Absolute security

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Escarcha Beheer B.V. shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • User-generated content
  • Misuse of the Service

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Safety concerns arise
  • The Service is misused

Users may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
