How to start with BUBLE

You go first: a child always gets their account from a parent.

   Download BUBLE for free from the App Store or Google Play.

   Tap “Create Account”. Enter your e-mail address, choose a username and a password, and under “I am a…” choose whether you're a parent or a teacher.

   You'll receive an e-mail with a 6-digit code. Enter it in the app to confirm your e-mail address.

Done! You'll then get a welcome e-mail with your username and the steps that fit you.

Time to open your child's bubble!

   In “Chats”, tap “Add my child”. You can also go to “Contacts” and tap the family icon at the top right.

   Fill in your child's name, a username and the age band. Tap “Create Account”. You'll receive a 6-digit sign-in code that is valid for 7 days.

   Install BUBLE on your child's phone or tablet. Choose “Sign in as a child” and enter the code.

   Choose who your child may chat with. Open your child's card, tap “Outgoing” and add people from your own contacts.

   Invite the other parent too! Go to “Contacts” → “Invite Friends” and share the invitation by WhatsApp or e-mail. Your username is added automatically.

Great! That way you look after your child's bubble together. The first parent has sent you an invitation; then it goes like this:

   Download BUBLE and create an account, as above.

   The invitation contains the first parent's username. Add them via “Contacts” → the plus at the top right → username → “Send Request”.

   The first parent accepts your request, opens your contact page and taps “Parent of my children”.

   You'll receive a notification with a “Co-parent proposal”. Open it and tap “Send answer”.

Done! The children now appear for you too.

The more trusted people, the cosier the bubble!

   Download BUBLE and create an account, as above.

   Add the child's parent via “Contacts” → the plus at the top right → username → “Send Request”.

   The parent decides whether the child may chat with you and sends you a contact request on the child's behalf.

   Accept that request via “Contacts” → “Contact Requests”.

After that you can send each other messages!

With BUBLE you stay in touch with your class, always through the parents.

   Add your pupils' parents by their username: “Contacts” → the plus at the top right.

2. 2

   The parent adds you for the child. Accept that request via “Contacts” → “Contact Requests”.

3. 3

   In “Contacts”, tap the school icon. There you'll see your “Pupils”. Create a class with “New Class” and add pupils.

   Use the chat icon next to the class to start a class chat with your pupils.
